Job responsibilities

• ‍Find and Win Projects:
  • Identify and pursue new infrastructure opportunities.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Manage bids, from pre-qualification to submission.
  • Create winning proposals and presentations.‍
• Build Relationships:
  • Identify and pursue new infrastructure opportunities.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Market Smarts:
  • Analyze the market to find trends and opportunities.
  • Contribute to business development strategies.
• CRM & Reporting
  • Track leads and opportunities in ERP/CRM systems.
  • Report on business development activities.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction project processes is an advantage.

Expertise:

• Deep understanding of the infrastructure industry.
• Extensive knowledge of government tendering and bidding.
• Proficient in construction specific ERP systems.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Experience in a reputed infrastructure company.
• ERP systems knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
